Is it a better idea to get a soldier or a sergeant through your opponent's defenses to relentlessly check your opponent's royal or help your five knight's escape over the walls to attack your opponent? Soldiers are good at attacking but awful at defending each other. Sergeants threaten promotion checks. Royals being wazirs and 3+ makes them much more vulnerable to attacks. Because of this edit, players will be more adequately punished for excessively checking their bot and shuffling is harder. The main board now has six more squares, and each player has one more knight since there are more pieces.

I will make a revision where the only similar thing is the concept of checking a bot to free pieces. (https://www.chess.com/variants/custom/game/68572589)
Assuming that the problem exists, then yes, that would likely work. If it doesn’t exist, well. . . good for you.
What if I increase the player n+ or decrease the bot n+ will it still have that problem?
