In here, the position is neither complex enough to be added as a listed NCV and nor is its core gameplay dynamics adequately diverse from it's already accepted counterpart, Solarion. Solarion is an already well-established WoF, and replacing it with a version that is much more flawed would not work well, as there are multiple positional and gameplay flaws present in here that reduce the quality and enjoyability found.

Starting with the piece synergy, the camel is extremely misplaced and cannot attack in most times due to its awkward movement in a 6x6 board. A better alternative would be to include other pieces such as a knight or perhaps a general. When pieces such as a queen, pawn, or sergeant are in the bank, especially pawns and sergeants, the game becomes incredibly intense with an enormous amount of sharpness due to the sheer ability to drop them anywhere in the board. This becomes a problem as having limited movement and ability to place pieces in such a small board leads them to promote easily, and this leads to the game being unenjoyable to play. Crazyhouse and Spell Chess are already known to augment the offensive power of both players (this is also seen in another one of your submissions, #771) and in here it shows no exception. Any slight inaccuracy with the high amount of spells can lead to the other player having a dominant position that is hard to fight back, and the inclusion of crazyhouse amplifies this. Having both rules in such a small board lead to the game being tense and sharp at all times, and compared to Solarion, makes it feel less enjoyable overall.
