Create a path through the amethyst cave and trap your opponent! In this game, players have to create a path with their pawns to not get stalemated. Pro tip: Make sure to connect all four pawns via an open area to maximise your moves.
This variant's mechanism comes from the green check clock, which would check an invisible royal brick 14 times, and then self-check itself against the spare yellow pawn. The blue 'bars' underneath both sides is a visual indicator of the time remaining before "the cave's rocks harden".
Another trick is to try to create an entrance to an opponent's trail. Doing so will give you lots of moves in the endgame.
And yes, I created this back in 2025 (ah yes 45 squared), but I couldn't submit this back then due to my ban. I thought this was worth submitting so here it is, one of the submissions before Chye3mcMas. And yes, I remember doing lots of experimenting with the timer elements 'n' stuff.
And now that my not-so-detailed description is over, let's make an ekoj backwards:
esob is an acronym referring to Eight Slices of Beef. This is because there is a Korean BBQ place that costs $26.80 for eight tiny slices of beef, and it didn't even taste good, yet alone the fact that the eight slices were shared by 4 people. We ordered the slices because we wanted "a mix of bbq and other meals", and we didn't realise it costed that much. What a ripoff!
