The title comes from Don't Stop Believing, in which the words 'South Detroit' are there just because 'it sounds good'.

dan doesn't wanna co-create, see #93754265. This was inspired by Conflicts of Monarchs, and how I jokingly called that variant 'South Detroit', but the imbalance works well and I like it and the close games.
